Visit the Claim Now page on this website after 15 days but before 90 days from your purchase date.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • Serial Numbers
  • Upload proof of purchase
  • Personal details
  • Bank details

Trade in

On receiving your approval email to trade in:

  • Package and return your qualifying trade-in, as per the instructions received in the approval email.
  • Trade-Ins must be received within 90 days of your MetaVue purchase date.
  • Once received, your trade-in device shall be tested to ensure it meets the criteria laid out in the Terms.

Your claim will be paid within 30 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
