Purchases must be made from a Qualifying retailer.

Purchases must be made between 1st June 2018 and 30th June 2019.


Submit your Claim within 90 days from your X-Rite iPro2 purchase.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • The serial number of your qualifying purchase
  • Upload proof of purchase
  • Personal details
  • Bank details

Trade in

On approval to trade in:

  • Package and return your qualifying X-Rite iPro trade-in device(s), as per the instructions received in the approval email.
  • Your qualifying X-Rite iPro trade-in device must be received within 60 days from completing your claim.
  • When your trade-in device has been received and tested you will be notified via email.

Payment for your claim will be issued within 14 days of validation.
